Frequently asked

Before we make it yours.

Can every design be customised?

Yes. Width, height, thickness, upholstery, colour and panel layout can be developed around your room, subject to a construction and site review.

What can I order?

Choose a bedhead only, a bedhead with matching divan, or a complete wall panel composition. Queen, King, Super King and custom mattress sizes are supported.

Are the collection images completed Novix projects?

The NV-BH collection uses original AI design concepts to help you choose a direction. Completed-project photos are identified separately and can be requested from our team.

How do I get a price?

Send the design number, mattress and wall dimensions, material preference, quantity, location and target date. We will review the scope before confirming price and lead time.
